RECEPTION ACCEPTANCE

Upon their arrival, guests must hand over their valid identity documents to the reception. Documents accepted:
Identity card, passport or driving license.
Persons without a valid identity document are required to go to the nearest PUBLIC SECURITY office – “PREFECTURE”.
Check – IN from 11.30am to 1.30pm and Check-Out at 10.30am (Unless otherwise agreed with the Management).

CANCELLATION OR WITHDRAWAL

To consider the reservation valid, the guest must respect the following conditions:
Payment must be made by bank transfer or using the pay by link method within the 11th day before the start of the stay. If this does not happen, the management will consider the booking null and void.
The management reserves the right to reach an agreement with the customer.
Access to children under 12 is not permitted.
Animals are not allowed.

Access times: 9.00 am – 7.00 pm
Use the shower before entering the pool

PRIVACY

The right to the protection of each customer’s personal data is guaranteed by compliance with the provisions of law 196/2003 – see the “legal information” website page.

DOCTOR AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES

The management of the farm is at your complete disposal for telephone numbers, accompaniment to the emergency medical service, emergency room and pharmacies on duty 24 hours a day. Any ongoing infectious disease must be communicated to the Management.

NO SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited in all internal areas of the farmhouse including the rooms (art.51 law 3 of 16/01/03).

SILENCE TIMES

During the hours of 11.00 pm – 8.00 am, customers are kindly asked to observe appropriate behavior so that guests’ rest is not disturbed (including speaking in a loud voice).

CLEANING SERVICES

Daily cleaning included, we will change the towels you leave on the floor at your discretion.
